Account and Order Information

No email address is required; an account can be created with a username and password. The account creation process does not ask you to provide an email address. Account details are used to verify identity, maintain login sessions, and manage subscription benefits. Keep your login credentials secure, and do not send passwords or complete subscription links in support tickets.

Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, and identifiers used to verify transactions. They support service activation, payment verification, and refund processing. Data usage and subscription status are used for billing and benefit management, not to reconstruct browsing activity. If you submit a support ticket, its description and attachments are used to investigate the issue. Please remove personal information unrelated to the request first.

Anonymous No-Logs Approach

1KVPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, what they browse, or the contents of their communications. It does not create connection log archives that could be used to trace individual browsing activity, nor does it persistently retain such connection logs.

Temporary operational state needed to establish connections and bill for traffic is different from browsing activity logs. This temporary state is used only to operate the current service and is not retained as browsing history after the session ends. Cumulative account usage may be retained for billing verification, but is not associated with browsing destinations or content. The anonymous no-logs policy does not mean that order and account information is never stored.

Visit Statistics and Local Storage

Website visit statistics help us understand page visits, referral sources, and feature interactions so we can improve content and workflows. They are not used to record browsing activity through subscription connections. Statistical processing is limited to this purpose; account passwords, authentication credentials, and subscription links are not submitted as statistical data.

Cookies and local storage may be used to retain necessary session state, authentication credentials, or interface preferences, depending on the feature you use. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings. After clearing data, you may need to log in again or reset your preferences. Clearing browser data does not automatically delete server-side account and order records.

Payments and Necessary Data Transfers

Supported payment methods include Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or network, which may handle transaction information under its own rules. 1KVPN uses order identifiers, amounts, and payment results to verify transactions. You are not asked to provide your payment account password in a support ticket.

Only necessary transaction information is transferred to complete payments and deliver subscriptions. Before opening a third-party page, verify the destination and order details, and read the provider's privacy policy. If information must be provided by law, processing is limited to the applicable requirements; browsing content is not thereby added to routine collection.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while services are provided. Support ticket information is retained while support matters are handled and for any necessary verification. Order information is retained for transaction verification, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. It is deleted or anonymized when those purposes have ended and continued retention is no longer necessary. Different categories of information do not share a single retention period.

To correct information, learn about the scope of processing, or request account deletion, log in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Account ownership must be verified to prevent someone else from deleting the account. Deletion may affect login and subscription use. Transactions still being processed and records that must be retained by law cannot be deleted together with an account request; the reason will be explained during processing.

This page will be updated if data processing practices or applicable requirements change, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes to processing purposes or scope will be explained on the website or in the user panel. Where required by law, the relevant consent process will be followed separately.
