Service Content and Scope

1KVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, international websites, streaming, and other use cases. The service covers 120+ countries / 220+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available route options are shown in the user panel. Coverage figures do not mean that every route is always compatible with every third-party service.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships or other benefits from third-party websites or apps. When accessing those services, you must still follow their rules, regional policies, and payment requirements. Client software and subscription details are available through the user panel; you must log in to retrieve your subscription.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publish them or let others manage them on your behalf. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed or misused, change your password promptly and report the issue through a support ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online simultaneously. This applies to the account holder's use across multiple devices and does not permit reselling, renting, or publicly distributing a subscription. Do not share your account, password, or subscription credentials with third parties, or use the service to provide commercial relay services to others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the plans page for prices and data allowances under different billing options. Check your selected plan and billing option before confirming an order.

Requirements for Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your use of the service. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including fraud, distributing illegal content, violating others' privacy or intellectual property rights, or accessing another person's systems without authorization.

Do not engage in cyberattacks, malicious scanning, spam, or other conduct that harms networks or third-party interests. You are responsible for the content you access, transmit, or publish. Network acceleration does not change the legal responsibility for such conduct or authorize access to third-party content.

Service Availability and Liability

Your connection experience depends on factors such as your local network, device configuration, international links, and the policies of the destination website. 1KVPN does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connectivity, or long-term access to any particular platform. Maintenance, upstream network changes, and events beyond our control may result in route changes or temporary interruptions.

If you encounter an issue, first check your local network, update your subscription, and switch routes. You can then submit the details of the problem. Third-party providers are responsible for their own services, fees, and account handling. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is not liable for losses caused by third-party conduct or users' violations of these terms. This does not exclude liability where required by law.

Refund Requests and Processing

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket. Use the relevant account, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide the related order details so the payment can be verified.

Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If additional information is needed to verify a refund, we will contact you through the support ticket. Do not include your login password in a ticket. Refund progress is based on the actual processing record; processing times set by payment providers are not guaranteed arrival times. This page does not impose any data-use threshold that conflicts with the refund terms above.

Account Termination and Changes to the Terms

In cases such as unlawful use, cyberattacks, reselling, or unauthorized subscription sharing, 1KVPN may suspend relevant connections or terminate account services based on the risk. Any action will be proportionate to the specific risk. If you disagree, submit an explanation and any necessary materials through a support ticket. Service restrictions do not affect refunds or other rights available under applicable law.

If these terms change due to service updates or legal requirements, this page will be updated and the last-updated month revised. Changes affecting important user rights will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits already confirmed in an order.
